Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Tucreate ships worldwide! Shipping options and delivery times vary depending on your region.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express options (where available) take 3–7 business days. Processing time before dispatch is usually 1–3 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your Tucreate account to view your order status.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached.
Q: How do I make a return or exchange?
A: Email returns@tucreate.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
Q: Are there any non-returnable items?
A: For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on earrings, swimwear, undergarments, or final-sale items.
