30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and show no signs of wear or damage

  • All original packaging, tags, and components must be included

  • Hygiene or personal care products must be unopened and sealed

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name and delivery address

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (required if claiming damage or defect)

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the correct return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important: Do not send returns to the sender address on your package. Wait for our confirmation email with the return address.


Return Shipping

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our fulfilment centre. Please wait for our confirmation email with the return address before shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Please share tracking information once the item has been shipped

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately through our automated system. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order is already in transit, please wait until it arrives and follow the return process outlined above.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
