Free Shipping – We cover the shipping costs for every order, with no minimum order quantity required.
Please note – that customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in your country are not included and must be paid by the customer.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. If order is being placed on a Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.
- Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and delivery takes an average of 5 - 14 business days.
We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll keep you informed of any delays.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or restricted areas. Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on international regulations or carrier restrictions.
6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you if this occurs and arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional shipping costs.
